“I returned an item on 17/11 but have still heard nothing about a refund. Using the same method for returns with other companies, I've had money in my account as soon as the return goods have been scanned in the shop. The Jon Richard experience is disappointing by comparison. The returns process itself is simple and you don't have to pay for returns.”

“The jewellery arrived promptly, it's absolutely gorgeous, the packaging is lovely too - this has been my first purchase from your website but definitely not the last!
