“All purchases were correctly delivered and very fast. Disappointment is the sizes online are a lot smaller that the actual jewellery. It would be nice to either give us the actual dimensions or take the correct pictures without exaggerated sizes. Most of it was not in boxes, although, this was indicated for most online but it would be nice to include boxes for presents. All Good. Ta.”

“Hi I have always shopped at jon Richard's but the last time i ordered a pair of earrings when the item turned up all the box was damaged and earrings bent in half really not happy”

“Everything I ordered was beautifully designed and made, top quality. Only gripe I’ve got is I’ve ordered small size rings and they come all sizes, I think they need to sort that problem out! Otherwise, great value!! Can’t wait for their new stock.”

“Earrings came damaged. I really think more sturdy packaging is needed when posting delicate earrings. I payed on paypal and when a staff member tried to issue with a refund the barcode wouldnt scan. It had to be refunded manually. A correct invoice / receipt would have helped. The assistant was very helpful.”
