“Very disappointing as the matching rose gold (tennis ball) chain was not available. What was the point in sending the earrings to me, at least make the effort to contact me and ask if I still want the earrings if the chain isn’t available.”

“The earings are nice and more beautiful than pictures, so I will see the quality of them with time. But the fastening is detached (metal and plastic detached) just to let you know for more attention to give us a best quality as you can and be aware of that. Thank you”

“Bracelets are stunning but I was extremely disappointed that neither of them came in a box which would have made them an extra special present. Disgusted really because if these had been bought in a shop they would have been presented in a gift box, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5”

“Gave the earrings as a gift, watch my mum open it (sealed box with sealed cellophane wrapped round). The box is EMPTY!!!!!!!! No earrings in here at all!!!”
