“Hi happy with the earrings but one had no backing E-mailed to complained, said they would send one in the post 10 days still not received it, I won’t be dealing with this company again after two orders 😢”

“I ordered a few of these jewellery collection pieces but was a bit optimistic as they were in the sale. But when they arrived they are absolutely beautiful. I then ordered another two sets. I have put them away for gifts for birthday and even christmas for family and friends”

“I ordered the bracelet extender for the most reasonable price. It arrived a little later than expected, but with Christmas and the strikes with Royal Mail, it still arrived in good time. The packaging was fabulous and the extender was perfect. I would highly recommend Jon Richard.”

“I bought a pair of earrings for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She'd seen them in Next but they were out of stock so I ordered them directly. The delivery was really quick, the earrings were well-protected and I ordered the gift box, which was a nice touch. Great experience so would definitely buy again.”
