Bought a set last minute for my wedding. It served its purpose but was disappointed with the quality. The dangly bits didn’t dangle freely if you know what I mean. The necklace was slightly on the short side. It all in my opinion looked a little cheap and if I had had time to look for something else, I would have send this set back. All in all, very expensive what what it is and wouldn’t recommend. Disappointing because I had Jon Richards accessories years ago and they were great, but not this time.

Pearl earrings - one pearl fell out as soon as I touched the earring. Silver and gold effect earrings- both cushion pads dropped out and so far I’ve not managed to push them back in. Necklace - still in packaging. Not impressed with purchases!

I ordered a gold leaf headband — confirmation received and I was looking forward to my parcel arriving. The headband was special as it was chosen to match my dress for our son’s wedding on the 1st September. A couple of days later I received an email advising that you had received the item I had returned … I didn’t even receive it to return. No further communication from you … poor service!

I wasn’t impressed with this piece of earrings as the jewellery is not flat and they stick out as if they are bent

Items arrived in good time however the sterling silver earrings i bought arrived with some rust/tarnishing and look like quite bad quality. They already look very worn which for the price mark doesnt seem great. Wont be buying again.

Some things are nice but unfortunately, if you decided you don't like something or even it doesn't fit you, you cannot return it because you broke the seal. Do not buy anything that you want to "try" and see if it fits, you will be stuck with many items and no way to get your money back. Many pieces look cheap in person and are differently sized than the image leads to believe.

I bought the silver tassel earrings which are a beautiful style. Unfortunately when the earrings arrived , the post on one of the earrings had a bend in it close to where the end is . Due to its position, it would have been difficult to straighten out without damaging the earring. The item had already sold out on line, so I couldn’t reorder a replacement. This is the first time I have bought from this company, so I’m disappointed

Necklace and bracelet were far too small, had to order some extenders for them so very disappointed, I don't know who they would fit other than a child!!

Ear-rings not received - refund given but no notification that they were not coming! Still sent a huge gift box which would not have been appropriate for the ear-rings anyway which I still have been charged for. Also ordered two rings which did come in little plastic bags - ordered the gift boxes for these too but the boxes sent are again not appropriate for rings and again I've been charged for the boxes. If you are offering gift boxes please can you send appropriate ones for the items and if the item is not coming please refund the gift box for it too.

Ordered 2 identical tennis bracelets but only one arrived. It turns out they only had one in stock but I had to enquire to find this out Had I not enquired I would have been waiting for a gift that would not have arrived,
