Placed an order, was told it was being processed then had an email saying my order was being refunded as requested. Emailed them to query and was told item was out of stock! Not impressed!

An item was missing from my parcel - that I've paid for - was told it would be delivered within 24 hours a week ago but not received yet and my emails going unanswered - really hope this gets sorted.

I bought this necklace for my wedding day and when I went to put it on the fastener broke so I couldn’t use it. Was very disappointed

How could i enjoy the set when i never even recieved the item!!!!! It was cancelled how many times i was very disappointed

Was such a pretty bracelet, brought for sisters wedding and broke 3 hours after putting on, the clasp had broken. Poor

From the look of the site you feel like you’d be getting some quite nice pieces of Jewellery but in realty when it comes in feels like nothing more than plastic costume jewellery or the jewellery you’d put on kids really not worth the money

Very much disappointed! One star for packaging team and customer services (the jewellery sets are no doubt are very pretty but in a plastic bag they are not looking presentable) I Ordered gift boxed sets,one of them came in a plastic zip bag. Customer services is kind of nothing. Paid delivery charges to save my time and to avoid any trouble as they were the gifts of family whom i am meeting next week. Left me with no option but just embarrassment. IfJR team reading it by any chance, please respond!

Order refunded with no explanation as to why. I did not get the product I ordered as it was out of stock. If it is out of stock then it shouldn't have been advertised. Appreciate that errors happen however so if a mistake was made where the product was advertised as in stock when it wasn't then I'd expect an apology and an explanation which I did not receive. Poor customer service to just refund the order without an explanation or apology and confuse the customer.

Paid a small fortune for wedding jewellery for myself and my bridesmaids. When they arrived they were packaged badly, one of the earrings was broken and one of the blue jewellery boxes was absolutely filthy with a shoe print on it! I would NEVER order from here or recommend Jon Richard to anyone! I was absolutely appalled! I have left reviews for every business, shop etc that I used for my wedding and sadly this is the only negative review I have had to leave. I also ordered some jewellery for my MIL from ‘not on the high street’, I would definitely recommend! Packaged securely!

Did not receive my item, got an e mail thanking me for my return. Sent customer services and e mail asking how I could return and item I haven't received Nd they advised they were unable to fulfil my order. If you don't have the stock then don't advertise it.. simple

So disappointed. Beautiful jewellery but broke on first day. Emailed customer service and was delighted to receive replacement. Again this also broke…clasp isn’t strong enough. Such a shame!!
