They stated Rodhium earrings but they affected my ears, so I cannot wear them. I'm allergic to sterling silver and titanium, but I can wear rhodium/rhodium plated and platinum only. Bit annoying that they said rhodium but clearly not.

Unfortunately I am not happy.. my son bought a bracelet for his gf for valentines day and the magnets are not strong at all. The bracelet falls off her wrist alot. Shame because he is only 14 saved his money up for it and its not the best.

The part which goes in the ear are proper black and both boxes broken, and the worst part is that I can't even return the earring because is a policy that won't be accepted. For amount of money which I paid I would expect some good quality!!! I will. Never buy anything in my life from this 'brand'

I purchased a bridal headband that was in the sale, they took my money and confirmed when the item would be dispatched. Two days later I received an email stating I had been refunded. I emailed customer service who then told me that there was an issue and point of picking and the item was not available to send. I’m assuming the item is no longer available so therefore please don’t advertise it…

Silver plated ring turned copper within a few weeks. Really poor quality. Would rather have bought silver but the ring was really nice.

Hi happy with the earrings but one had no backing E-mailed to complained, said they would send one in the post 10 days still not received it, I won’t be dealing with this company again after two orders 😢

Very disappointing as the matching rose gold (tennis ball) chain was not available. What was the point in sending the earrings to me, at least make the effort to contact me and ask if I still want the earrings if the chain isn’t available.

Gave the earrings as a gift, watch my mum open it (sealed box with sealed cellophane wrapped round). The box is EMPTY!!!!!!!! No earrings in here at all!!!

Difficult to see size online but the earrings ordered were fine. Loved the red heart ones. Just wish I’d ordered bigger hoop earrings.
