Whilst I appreciate a great deal, speedy delivery and seamless online experience- I was quite disappointed with the earrings I purchased, one pair were extremely heavy. And the other pair look like they were both created for the same side of the head (left / right) and look pretty silly on (almost like you’ve worn them the wrong way round).

When I first saw this item I was so happy with the quality, they looked beautiful on , but please don’t put the tags on the clasp as it came off and I had too fix it , as the tiny piece of cotton get caught and are had to get out . Could have been a five

Very quick delivery and my mother loved her earrings. The loss of 2 stars is for the follow up from customer services where I emailed a request and never got any response.

I ordered tree of life silver bracelets and they we're very disappointing as they are so small. They should be advertised as childrens.

The jewellery set is nice for the price, but the bracelet is a lot smaller than I anticipated, more suitable for a child than an adult. As it is a gift I have yet to give it to the recipient but hope they like it.

The delivery time was very fast and the bracelet is of good quality and beautiful, but it is not the dimensions I would have expected and it does not fit me as you can see in the picture attached. It is way too long to fit even making it as short as possible on a girl's wrist, I gave it to my boyfriend and even he is wearing it to the shortest fit and it fits slightly large, while the width of it (5mm) suggests it would be a girl's bracelet, I have other bracelets purchased online and even though they might not be a perfect fit, they still look nice. This one I just cannot wear for comfort reasons. I would have also liked it to be somewhat thicker and heavier, it looks quite fragile and the snake decoration it is made of is barely visible due to its dimensions. Summary: too long, too narrow and too thin, but good quality.

I loved the magnetic clasp pearl bracelet but unfortunately the clasp fell apart after a few days perhaps I should have been more cautious when taking it off

I bought 4 products, two were jewellery sets, they were too small than shown on the screen and too delicate also.The ring is good(medium quality) and then a pearl necklace is but not that great. However the return was quiet easy and refunds were quick.

The jewellery ok but wasn’t impressed that they came in little bags and not in a nice box I’ve had to purchase a gift box as it a present

The necklace it's self is not bad but the box fell apart after opening and closing it only twice. I was expecting better quality but I have worn the necklace several times and do like it .

Delivery arrived in good time but product was much lower quality than anticipated. Called and spoke to someone who talked me through the returns. Easily sorted and refund arrived equally as fast. Although I didn't love the product, dealing with this company was super easy

I ordered a gift box set with a necklace bracelet and earrings. The necklace and earrings were fine but the bracelet broke on it’s within a few days of wearing it.

5 stars for my purchase of 2 Lipsy bracelets for my niece but only a 3-star overall rating for JonRichard.com as a result of extortionate postage charges to NI - £5.95 for a little package which probably only weighed a couple hundred grams at most. My niece loved the bracelets.

They’re beautiful earrings but they’re not rose gold which a ordered. They were gold, so this was disappointing as I wanted them to go with a JonRichard rose gold bracelet that my husband bought me. Gift box which I also purchased was dinted on arrival. I haven’t returned because it was a faff on. But yes over all disappointing.

The earings are nice and more beautiful than pictures, so I will see the quality of them with time. But the fastening is detached (metal and plastic detached) just to let you know for more attention to give us a best quality as you can and be aware of that. Thank you
