“When I went to wrap Up the bracelet I ordered it was not in the box I sent an email as could not find a phone number and 2 days have passed with no reply from them. Therefore please check your orders and don’t expect a reply from them. Poor customer service.”

“I was disappointed with the quality as they look like something I could have bought in Claires Accessories. As the tamper seal was over the front of the earrings, I couldn't look at them through the packaging so I had to break it. It's a shame. They looked lovely on the picture.”

“I bought a silver necklace for a friend for her birthday. The necklace itself is lovely but it came in a plastic bag. There was no box which makes it look cheap. I still haven't given it to her as I've not been able to buy a gift box as I live in a rural area.”

“Beautiful colour just what I was looking for to go with a wedding outfit, the bracelet was lovely and the necklace was lovely but the necklace just wouldn't stay in place to show the lovely coloured stones, kept twisting to show the back so sadly returned. Still waiting for a refund but only returned last week don't know how long it takes”

“Whilst I appreciate a great deal, speedy delivery and seamless online experience- I was quite disappointed with the earrings I purchased, one pair were extremely heavy. And the other pair look like they were both created for the same side of the head (left / right) and look pretty silly on (almost like you’ve worn them the wrong way round).”

“When I first saw this item I was so happy with the quality, they looked beautiful on , but please don’t put the tags on the clasp as it came off and I had too fix it , as the tiny piece of cotton get caught and are had to get out . Could have been a five”

“The jewellery set is nice for the price, but the bracelet is a lot smaller than I anticipated, more suitable for a child than an adult. As it is a gift I have yet to give it to the recipient but hope they like it.”
