The earrings were absolutely lovely but the packaging was poor, hence only 3 stars. They were delivered in a small plastic bag covered with bubblewrap and a flat cardboard box. For the cost of the earrings which were a gift, I expected at the very least, a small fabric drawstring pouch.

I was quite sad it didn't come in a box and they were on a piece of card as it was a gift. A bit disappointed.

Quite nice, very small initial but OK for the price. Disappointing that it came in bubble wrap only. No gift box, which is a bit tight.

Hi shoppers the jewellery I opened was excellent and as expected HOWEVER I had ordered several pairs of earrings for choice, but each item was packaged in bubble wrap inside a tiny plastic bag which obscured it and it's not returnable if the bag seal was broken, so overall a bit disappointing as I could not look at the pieces . The return system could be more easy on the Web sight aswell.

Disappointed that expensive items come in plastic bags - not eco friendly and cheaper items from the smile retailer came with suede pouch.

I thought this bracelet was very pretty in the picture but it wasn't as nice in the flesh. It was also too small for the person I had bought it for. Sadly I had to send it back and find another gift to give my friend

I gave 3 stars because I purchased matching items, To then getting a refund for which I thought maybe items had gone into sale. If I had received and email to tell me the necklace wasn’t I stock, I wouldn’t have just cancelled the whole order as all items kinda matched. On a plus I still love the quality Of Jon Richard It just would have been helpful Many thanks

The descriptions of the necklace are wrong , they contradict each other . It says in product info that the chain is 16” long , it is around 30 “ , a vast difference . I wanted a shorter length , a little disappointed as now have to buy a shorter chain .

Very pretty earings excellentquality , totally unsuitable with my outfit. Didn't even take them out of the box . No refund allowed. Disappointing.

Loved the snowflake broach I bought as a gift but the bangle was awful. The plastic ring attaching the tag had cut into jewellery and displaced the gems that were obviously glued in place. It also had a really strong horrible glue smell to it. Needless to say this has been returned. It’s strange how inconsistent I found the products. I was planning on purchasing more items for my wedding jewellery but now I’m not sure if I’ll take the risk when the items would be for my big day!

The items are very beautiful, however the quality is not the best. One of the earrings I got had one crystal unattached and the piercing side fell off as soon as I tried them on. I tried repairing them, but no luck.
