“I ordered a tiara as i needed it for the next day (wedding trial) i had previously tried it on in debenhams which fit perfect so i ordered of your website, it came and it was huge, i think it would be too big for a mans head let alone a womans”

“Lovely earrings, just as described and true to image. Customer service was excellent, the original set I was after wasn't in stock (I'd ordered 3 sets for a wedding), this order was quickly cancelled and they checked the alternative earrings stock situation while I was on the phone. I placed an order and they were with me really quickly.”

“I have purchased a number of Jon Richards items, either direct from the warehouse or from Debenhams and am rarely disappointed with the quality of the item or the service of Jon Richards. The only thing I would say is, that if the item you are buying is for a gift, make sure it comes in a presentation box, otherwise it is just sent out in a plastic bag - even if the item costs more. My son recently bought some items for me as a Christmas present (he knew I wanted them, but was really upset on their arrival because they were just in bags.”

“I bought four pairs of earrings. Three are fine but on one pair there was nothing to hold them in place and, on first time out, one dropped off and was lost, which is disappointing to say the least. Hence 3 *”
