“Received the wrong item and coming up to Christmas it's not the best time to happen! I tried to contact Jon Richards 3 times and left voicemails to try and get the correct item sent to me and a refund however I've had no contact back at all. Shocking service. Very very disappointed won't be shopping here again”

“Quick enough service.but the necklace should of turned up in a box rather than just an envelope with bubble wrap in.I would of received a box if I bought your product from a shop.”

“I had a few people that I didn't know what to buy for Christmas, brainwave! I came across Jon Richards broaches.WOW they really are beautiful,really do sparkle,they make a lovely present for any woman young and old.They are very reasonably priced too. I'm so happy to be giving them to special people. I will definitely be back again. I had to phone yesterday as a gift has gone missing,I don't know the persons name whom I spoke to,he was very helpful & said he would post another,I have promised to return it if the origanal turns up.So thank you very much.”

“The jewellery itself is lovely and just what I'd hoped for. However I was quite disappointed to recieve the 7 sets I ordered as gifts for my bridesmaids in little plastic bags, rather than the lovely jewellery boxes as pictured. It was not made clear that that wouldn't be how they were presented. Not ideal and have since had to purchase boxes to present them in from a different source.”

“After buying items i realised there was a discount code.the code did not work so i contacted the company only to be told it wasnt accepted due to items being in sale. Poor communication and mis-wording will ensure this will be my first and last order.”
