“excellent fast delivery. My order was intended as a gift so I was disappointed that no presentation box was included. When I rang to explain, your customer service was very helpful,l and I received a box the following day. Perhaps you could consider including a box with each order or ask if the customer requires this when they submit their order.”

“the chain and pendant were very disappointing, I thought they were of poor quality and the pendant seemed too small. It was a present for someone otherwise I would of returned the item. overall very poor”

“I ordered 3 items and received the package quickly. Upon opening the package there was one item missing. I rang the number provided and the young lady on the end of the phone told me " We have run out of stock" so I asked her is it normal to short ship and ignore the matter or was there a refund she asked me to holds on as this was a big warehouse then told me the product was in stock and would be sent. There was no offer of apology and had I not rung probably no offer of replacement goods. Hopefully my package will arrive this week.”

“Ordered 2 hair combs for bridesmaids, both were delivered quickly. However one was broken and missing stones so rang to speak to an adviser who helpfully agreed to send a replacement. I would rate this very good - if the replacement turns up as speedily as the originals”

“Bought Mood earrings and broach. The broach is lovely but please note, check the size of the earrings before purchase. I did check with a tape measure but I should have compared those measurements to a pair of earrings that I already have. I didn't and no way could I ever wear these earrings, they are way too big. I think I will try and use them as a scarf clip instead.”

“I tried the ring on originally in Debenhams and was gutted when the size I needed was out of stock. I ordered it off line and it arrived within 4 days, great service. For the money, the quality is excellent and it sparkles!! Will definitely be ordering a few more!”

“Received the wrong item and coming up to Christmas it's not the best time to happen! I tried to contact Jon Richards 3 times and left voicemails to try and get the correct item sent to me and a refund however I've had no contact back at all. Shocking service. Very very disappointed won't be shopping here again”
