“The website is easy to navigate and shows off the products beautifully. I got a confirmation email when my order and recieved and when dispatched. I ordered 4 bracelets to give to my bridesmaids on my wedding day next month. When they arrived I was so impressed as they looked even nicer then they did in store! They're alabokutely beautiful and make a lovely gift- I can't wait to give them to them. Thank you very much. Would definitely order from here again, great value for money.”

“The item I bought was lovely and will make a nice birthday present. It came all beautifully displayed in a box and will be easily wrapped. It was a really good price and delivered very quickly, I will definately buy from Jon Richard again. Many thanks.”

“Great value and good quality item. Quick delivery time. Only negative comment: tiaras from Jon Richard in Debenhams come in display box, but the one I ordered direct from Jon Richard website came in plain brown cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap.”

“Ordered this hairband and arrived promptly. Thrilled with this item. Delicate and very pretty. Had some idea of the company's product because Debenhams sell them. However, do not sell whole range but gave me a good idea of some styles and in particular the very good quality. I do not need this hairband until next year but can't wait for the occasion. Don't hesitate to use this company online. Very efficient.”

“New Customer! I needed six items for my bridesmaid's but only had 4 in stock online. I called the customer service number just to see if they had any extra of my item available. They managed to get in touch with the warehouse as they have two different ordering systems and tracked me down 6 of what I needed. They also allowed me to order over the phone and apply the New Customer discount of 10% as I could not order online. Great service and quick delivery thank you!”
