“Fantastic customer service. Whenever there is a problem you call them and sort it out for you straightaway. Absolutely love John Richard's jewellery so I tend to buy them in the sale (because it is cheaper). Have bought John Richards goods before and I have been always satisfied with them”

“Nice items, I had to return them simply because the pearls were not the right colour. Only disappointment was that considering how much money I spent the items arrived poorly packaged in bubble wrap. I would have expected them to be boxed & not in a flimsy postage bag.”

“After having seen the lovely blue beaded jewellery on another site which matched my dress, I decided to search on google for more choice and was very pleased that I found Jon Richard. There were good choices of jewellery colours and designs at a very reasonable cost. I am very pleased with my purchase. It arrived in a very good condition, as advised and I would definitely recommend it.”
