“I was delighted with the silver diamond chain pendant and earring set I got they where absolutely beautiful far nicer in person and the lovely gift box they came in definitely worth every penny for my order which wasn’t expensive great value for money an arrived very quickly definitely a 5+++++ review”

“I returned an item on 17/11 but have still heard nothing about a refund. Using the same method for returns with other companies, I've had money in my account as soon as the return goods have been scanned in the shop. The Jon Richard experience is disappointing by comparison. The returns process itself is simple and you don't have to pay for returns.”
