“I purchased a bridal headband that was in the sale, they took my money and confirmed when the item would be dispatched. Two days later I received an email stating I had been refunded. I emailed customer service who then told me that there was an issue and point of picking and the item was not available to send. I’m assuming the item is no longer available so therefore please don’t advertise it…”
