“I bought four pairs of earrings. Three are fine but on one pair there was nothing to hold them in place and, on first time out, one dropped off and was lost, which is disappointing to say the least. Hence 3 *”

“Ordered 2 hair combs for bridesmaids, both were delivered quickly. However one was broken and missing stones so rang to speak to an adviser who helpfully agreed to send a replacement. I would rate this very good - if the replacement turns up as speedily as the originals”

“Bought Mood earrings and broach. The broach is lovely but please note, check the size of the earrings before purchase. I did check with a tape measure but I should have compared those measurements to a pair of earrings that I already have. I didn't and no way could I ever wear these earrings, they are way too big. I think I will try and use them as a scarf clip instead.”

“Quick enough service.but the necklace should of turned up in a box rather than just an envelope with bubble wrap in.I would of received a box if I bought your product from a shop.”

“The ordering and delivery process was very quick and easy so can't fault it but the product itself wasn't as nice as I expected it to be. It looks a lot more pretty in the picture and the quality looks better in the picture too.”

“I would like to point out that I would normally give 5 stars but on this occasion I am only giving 3 stars as for the first time I did not receive the item I ordered. The item order was as follows: Simply Silver Sterling silver twisted heart necklace and earring set However I received a teardrop necklace and earring set instead with no explanation why. Fortunately I did like the teardrop set and decided to keep it as I felt it was good value for money. Just disappointed I didn't receive what I ordered. I have gone online to re-order the twisted heart set but unfortunately it does not appear on there.”

“Loved the bracelet I ordered as a present HOWEVER let down as was not even in a pouch. Would have through it would have at least been in a box or pouch considering the cost. Would now think twice about ordering again as have to go and purchase something for it to go in now.”

“Delievery was quick was hoping I will get free delievery over £30 but had to pay £2.50 and when the product arrived it had a loose stone, not happy as ordered same tiara from debenhams before and that was damaged don't have time to return this one too.”

“Items were delivered quickly as always. The popcorn friendship bracelet came up a little on the small side but is elegant and will be fine for the person it will be gifted to. The toggle is easy to use. The small pearl earrings are very sweet but the posts are easily bent without trying.”
