“Can’t fault quality of necklace but paid extra for express delivery because I needed it for a birthday gift and site stated basic post should arrive in time but could get delayed. However even though I paid extra it still arrived after basic postage date which was too late for the birthday.”

“I received my product, however, the necklace was completely knotted. Therefore, I spent a long time trying to unknot the chain. I managed to unknot the majority, however, there is still a small knot which I am unable to de tangle. Slightly annoying, as I have to ensure the small knot is always behind my neck.”
