“With a mortgage loan arranged, I was then very grateful to the protection adviser, Mohit Patel, for the personal touch he gave in helping to arrange life insurance cover. He dealt with it very sympathetically and with a good understanding of the issues involved. I would certainly recommend John Charcol.”

“I approached John Charcol on recommendation to explore life cover insurance. The service I received from the staff I dealt with was really superb - especially Holly Grant who provided an excellent link between me as the client and the insurance company provider. The process was quite complex and lengthy due to extended delays with my GP practice providing access to my medical files but Holly chased this up at regular intervals as well as forwarding key additional documents the insurance company required. Communication with Holly and her colleagues was really proactive, clear and supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend based on my experience John Charcol.”

“Mand thanks to David he has supported me in many ways plus has patience i use to email him snd phone him several times he never got fed up of me I deeply appreciate his hard work and his co operation support he has given me in every step of my difficult time after loosing my husband during covid time. ihad to organise my self. “We found Shaahid to be extremely helpful, friendly and adaptable. We were quite unusual clients and were probably a little difficult to work with, but we certainly never felt a nuisance. Our non standard request was brilliantly dealt with, would definitely recommend!!”

She helped me select the right mortgage, worked with me to get it approved and stayed with the process right the way through staying in touch with the conveyancer and getting the mortgage offer extended when the conveyancing was taking a long time.
