“I wish to commend Randeep Sodhi for his work in securing a remortgage for my Wife and I . His attention to detail, knowledge of the Market and helping to overcome the occasional barrier when it arose was outstanding. He was creative when necessary, communicated very well and was always calm. I would certainly recommend Randeep and John Charcol to other potential clients . “We're elated to have just completed on our second house purchase with John Charcol. Bruce Anderson was a fantastic help, explaining everything along the way and patient as 2 previous purchases fell through frustratingly! Would highly recommend for a professional service that removes some of the worries of purchasing a new house.”

“Because I’m a little mature an age and although have assets snd healthy income stream,it’s difficult obtain mortgage,but Bryce Anderson and John Charcol as they have for the last 20 years came up with an exceptional mortgage deal for me.”

“I had gone too a few mortgage advisors but without coherent, clear and accurate advice. I was reminded of Charcoal by a friend and got in touch. Damien looked after us with the help we actually needed and structured the financial instrument perfect for our needs with wise counsel and prompt administration, making a worrisome scene a reliable and certain outcome. Thank you Damien you lightened the darkness and helped us into our new home with a product that will help us refurb in due course!”

“Lauren and Katherine did an excellent job and we were grateful for their efficient help. The only room for improvement is in the interface between JC and the panel solicitor recommended, where duplication could be avoided, but the team worked hard to smooth out problems within the other agencies concerned. Customer service - 5, Delivery - 4, Price - 4.”

“What can i say. John Charcol managed to get me a mortgage when all others had failed. I had used no fee brokers, banks and companies who charged a fee. Due to my partner just starting a new job we hit a brick wall after having an offer excepted, that was until we tried John Charcol. Massive praise for Dan Watkins who i spoke with and he took details of our situation, within half an hour he had found a lender, he went through everything and explained it all in detail and made sure everything was complete before we made the application. We got Accepted for the mortgage within a short space of time. Becky Law was also very good, she kept in contact with myself and our solicitor and chased up any loose ends. For the fee they charge in my experience it was worth every penny as they also got me a mortgage with no set up fee so overall i saved money even with paying there fee. I also set up my life insurance through them and used the "just move in" service that was offered free of charge also. All in all there service was fantastic and would highly recommend them and would 100% use there services again if need be.”

“Emily Gould and Tiara Hardy are the ‘Dream Team’ when it comes to second charge mortgage finance. I had the fortune of being referred to them, and they sorted two separate cases on different properties within one year. Tiara ensured the cases were fully understood and researched, with the best products sourced; Emily then kicks in with ensuring that the case runs smoothly to completion. Neither case was straightforward, but all obstacles were overcome. It was clear both times that Tiara and Emily both have good relationships with the relevant lenders, which always made the difference. Emails returned on time, phone calls made when necessary; job done. I would recommend John Charcol, and particularly Emily Gould and Tiara Hardy, without hesitation. Thanks guys, both times round. You’re both a credit to John Charcol.”
