“We have used Bruce Anderson to arrange mortgages for several years. He knows the market and provides good information about available deals. He is thorough in completing the documentation and stays in contact until the deal is completed. I have recommended him to several network contacts.”

“Initial contact with any organisation is perhaps the most crucial moment that influences your impression of who you are dealing with. Jake Cousins was my 'initial contact' and he was an ultimate professional and a credit to your company. Following on, the service I received from Mia, then David and lastly and in particular, Gemma Kahn was first class. “I have worked with Bruce Anderson for a number of years and he continues to give excellent service in an increasingly time consuming process. I am sure that without his hard work and diligence I would have had to wait at least another month for my remortgage to go through. Thanks again Bruce for all excellent hard work and diligence.”

“I highly recommend John Charcol for arranging a mortgage for expats. The reality is that it's become much more difficult to find a mortgage provider as an expat. John Charcol were extremely diligent and supportive in my case and found the right lender for my circumstances, not an easy task. I am very grateful for the end result which has enabled me to secure a lovely family home. Thank you John Charcol!”

“It's difficult to think what they could have done better quite frankly. We had a complicated situation being ex-pats and being on a cruise during the critical time to apply for the mortgage. But they looked after every aspect and followed up with the mortgage company at crucial times. I would highly recommend them.”

“Kat Toomer was brilliant throughout in overseeing the process from the start, and then at our request through to the end - positive, proactive and reliable throughout. However some members of the admin support team were at times unreliable and ineffective - thankfully Kat rescued the day each time.”

They not only found me an appropriate mortgage which others had failed to do but the mortgage advisor Andrew and the admin staff Tom and Gemma were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. “As an older person, I couldn't find a mortgage provider to give me a mortgage for longer than 10 years, even my own bank were unhelpful even though I have a significant salary going into the account and savings with them. Paula, Katy and the team found a provider very quickly and kept in touch to ensure things moved along as quickly as possible. I unreservedly recommend to anyone who needs any type of mortgage to give John Charcol a call first. They were professional, understanding and non-judgemental. Absolutely delighted with their service.”
