“Fantastic service. I have had experience using John Charcol over the 40 or so years and they have always proved very helpful and competitive. This time they excelled themselves - obtaining a mortgage from my own bank, where my wife & I are Premier customers, had who had previously rejected us for owning too many properties already & being retired. John Charcol used their experience and contacts to achieve what we independently could not. Service was polite, professional, timely and not pushy. Cannot recommend more strongly.”

“Tim cobb and Tom Clifford were fab! Very efficient and professional. Tim gave me great advice and wasn’t just ‘selling me another mortgage’. He told me it was best to stay with my current lender and sorted my product transfer. Will definitely use again.”

“I had used JC to arrange a Remortgage on my property. From start to finish, I had professional, knowledgeable and courteous team to deal with. The process was explained clearly and user friendly. “Many ,many thanks Absolutely six stars to reflect the service and tenacity required to finalise My two mortgages.Andrew Bennett and Tom Clifford have worked ceaselessly to first find a mortgage rate that I had not thought possible with my age and circumstances and then bring them to completion through the various solicitors involved. In today’s mortgage market you have no hope without experts such as these.Once again many ,many thanks.”

“I will definitely recommend John Charcol after completing my first mortgage. My advisors Penny Mathers and Sophia Roach were always there for me if i was unsure about anything. “Initial contact with any organisation is perhaps the most crucial moment that influences your impression of who you are dealing with. Jake Cousins was my 'initial contact' and he was an ultimate professional and a credit to your company.
