“We had been looking to remortgage for some time but just never seem to find the time to get around to it. We saw an ad online and thought we'd make an enquiry. Next thing we new we had a call from John Charcol of Southampton. This turned out to be one of the best things we've done in a long time. Martin Ward was appointed our rep / mortgage advisor and immediately started to listen too and act upon our requirements and needs The whole process from that first conversation to mortgage completion took only a few weeks and today we completed. So happy are we with the service we have received, we are already telling family and friends. Without hesitation,we paid their invoice for services rendered and believe we have had outstanding value for money. He completed an in depth review of my situation, and discussed various lenders with me until he was able to find the one which best suited my circumstances.
