“The service from the word go was excellent. Penny took me through various different scenarios, and she was always available to talk. Very patient! The service from Southampton with Sarah Grace was also extremely good and efficient. Remortgaging / buying is a very stressful thing to do and it really helps when you have a proactive broker that communicates well! Well done. Highly professional.”
