“My advisor did an excellent job. Good communication skills, proactive, available when I called or called me back promptly, did things when she promised, I trusted her advice. What more could I ask. I have a new mortgage which has nearly halved my monthly payments!”

“From start to finish, the team at John Charcol made getting my mortgage as simple, efficient and professional as they could. “Fabulous work from a fantastic team of experts. Helped source a very competitive product through a specialist lender, also secured many extra's through the lender such as free valuation and solicitors with my chosen firm, (although the firm were on the panel for the lender) . Promptly dealt with all queries whilst keeping me updated every step of the way. Will certainly recommend to family and friends.”
