“I first heard of John Charcol from LBC Radio legal hour.I first sopke to Stephen Brown in July 2017 with my motgauge needs and selling of my old property,and finaly January 2018 when I was in a position and ready to apply for a mortgage Stephen provided a excellent professional service. In summery,Stephen always took time to listen to my thoughts "first" after provided sound davice with the motgauge application and life insurance with highest standard of care and diligence at all time.Thank You Stephen”

“From my initial dealings with Gary through to Jake then finally Hayley everyone was so helpful and efficient. Hayley was especially great to deal with and communicated with us regularly with any updates and kept the process with the lender moving as it needed to. She didn't miss a thing and made this whole process much easier especially with us living in Australia. John Charcol found us a wonderful buy-to-let remortgage in a market that doesn't like to lend to ex-pats and totally worth their fee thank you!”

“We are very happy with the service we received from John Charcol and in particular our consultant, Jyotin Bonomallyram. We had spoken to the bank and two brokers before speaking to him, none of whom filled us with confidence that they would be able to help. But Jyotin's patience with any questions I had, was very much appreciated. Our particular circumstances meant that from our point of view, it seemed very challenging to find the funding we needed, but his advice has meant that we are more than happy with mortgages he found us. We would very happily go to him again if we need to remortgage and will be recommending him to friends and family.”

“I have been very impressed! The service has been excellent, the team have gone over and above what I ever expected. I have been looked after from start to finish and kept up to date through out. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and explained well. The process has been made very easy for me and stress free. “As an old bloke of sixty eight and a half, I was finding it quite difficult to extend my mortgage even though I had enough accessible cash to pay it off anyway. Even the mortgage companies that said they specialised in the over 70’s were not interested and had strange rules that seemed completely bonkers to me. Then I called John Charcol and got to a real person straight away who took my details and promised a call back within the hour. The call came from Alison who, although she realised that mine was a challenging case, very quickly found me a mortgage on terms that were really excellent and much better than my present provider. Things progressed quickly and she handed me on to Hayley to liaise with the lender and the lawyer. Hayley and Alison were absolutely outstanding in their speed and efficiency and at keeping me informed at all times. They made finding a mortgage a really pleasant and easy experience for me which was quite unlike the painful experiences that I have had before when approaching lenders directly. I could not be more satisfied and I am so grateful to them for all their hard work on my behalf.”
