“I’d been impressed with John Charcol as we’ve used them in the past to remortgage. This time we were looking for a bridging loan to enable us to buy a house we’d fallen in love with while ours was still on the market. Hailey Kow did a great job and we secured the new home we wanted despite competing offers from other prospective purchasers. Very professional, very good service and we thoroughly recommend.”

“Tom Allen at John Charcol pulled out all the stops to make sure that we got the very best mortgage in super efficient time on the back of accounts and circumstances were less than straightforward. “John charcol were fantstci with the help of my mortgage application, quick efficient and very understanding. they catered for my needs and made sure i understood the process from start to finfihs. Sarah Norman in partiular was my broker and was amazing.”

“We had a shaky start with John Charcol due to staff turnover. Considering we were very advanced into the process, we suddenly had to start all over again due to two of the staff that were dealing with our case leaving. The most frustrating thing was being asked, by different people, for every single document and information that we had already submitted. However, once one of the agents became our only key contact everything worked very quickly. It is a shame that we experienced the frustration at the beginning because once Louise Onn took responsibility for the process, it was plain sailing.”

“I have used John Charcol twice now, both times with broker Sarah Dormer. She has been absolutely fantastic & she gets the mortgage you need! We had some problems along the way & Sarah just made me feel at ease & that’s not easy to do lol. Don’t think you won’t get a mortgage without talking to Sarah first. It is down to her that we are in our new house & so unbelievably happy!! We will always use Sarah & John Charcol for any future purchases. Just can’t thank Sarah enough, she’s just fabulous!!!”

“I worked with Kathryn Toomer and David Ford for my mortgage, and I'm very happy that I did. Every level of service was fantastic, from the initial stages of figuring out what we could afford to borrow and working with our unique circumstances on a JBSP mortgage, all the way through to completion. We were in constant communication throughout, so I always knew exactly where my case was, and Kat and David we very responsive to my calls and emails. They took the stress out of my mortgage application. Thank you!”

“They have been awesome from the start, they completed my mortgage on record time (less than 10 days). The service was excellent, they really went the extra mile with me due to the urgency of completing on record time or lose 30% deposit. Special thanks to Riza Jerusalem and Jake Taylor Croft.”
