“I could not fault the level of service I received from the people at John Charcol. Yes, their fee is quite high but, considering how badly let down I had been by a well-known fee-free broker, I consider that it was money well spent. They were efficient, knowledgeable and diligent in what was a slightly unusual mortgage search. More than anything else, though, I commend them for their communication protocols and skills. The process is always stressful and nerve-wracking but knowing exactly where you are at all times is of huge importance. Well done to all...can I mention names?...Sophie and Stephanie, thank you.”

“Pure efficiency and professionalism from everyone involved - Sabbi, Ashley, Cristian and the rest of the team were checking in regularly to ensure everything was on track. “Our mortgage consultant, Jessica Child, provided us with great support and understanding of our needs. She was very communicative and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. Jessica negotiated a very good deal with our lender. Jessica made the whole process very easy.”

He has been outstanding in every regard demonstrating a thoughtful, caring and determined approach to achieving my goals. In today's environment it was especially appreciated that he actually phones you! His patience, professionalism and manner could not be faulted, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cristian Lupu came in during the process as additional support and handled everything both courteously and professionally, they were a great team to work with. I would highly recommend John Charcol for any mortgage needs no matter how complex. Absolutely excellent customer service and advice resulting in a very good mortgage for my needs.”

“John Charcol have been incredibly efficient and helpful in assisting us with buying our first property. Having been to a different broker who had completely messed us around and incorrectly advised us it was a relief to have honest advice. I have been so happy with the service and would highly recommend. In particular I would like to thank/give a special mention to Ajay Waroo. He went above and beyond in assisting us every step of the way and was always happy to answer the many questions we had.”

“I used John Charcol for a remortgage of my buy-to-let property. Overall the service was what I expected of a company like John Charcol but I have to make particular mention of Keyleigh Lewis, the client relationship manager. She very regularly updated me so I had a clear idea of what was happening to my mortgage application. And when things were stuck due to not so efficient solicitor firm that helped with my remortgage, she diligently worked with me and them and got things moving. My thanks to her in particular.”

“We wouldn't hesitate in recommending John Charcol to our friends and family. At different stages in the process, we were looked after by Sophie and Molly, both of whom were proactive, communicative and friendly - they genuinely seemed like they cared! They took the stress out of the whole mortgage process and didn't have any issues with getting everything sorted in a relatively short time-frame. We will be using them for any future purchases.”
