“Lisa Lisa Lisa. Amazing every time. No matter the hurdle. My sister pointed me in the direction of this adviser at John Charcol and I truly believe I hit the jackpot. My journey started with the company 4 years ago and I have never been let down. All I can say is thank you and to anyone out there who needs mortgage support, this is the company to go for. “What can I say to anyone dealing with Jordan & Riza at JC? “The service from the word go was excellent. Penny took me through various different scenarios, and she was always available to talk. Very patient! The service from Southampton with Sarah Grace was also extremely good and efficient. Remortgaging / buying is a very stressful thing to do and it really helps when you have a proactive broker that communicates well! Well done. Highly professional.”
