“Generally very good, but a couple of surprises in the process were unwelcome and I felt a little let down. That said, otherwise all was generally good and we were kept informed throughout.”

“Hailey Kow did an excellent job. He got me a very good rate and overcame all the hurdles in what was a complicated mortgage. I found him to be very articulate and he has a positive 'can do' attitude towards the process. Hailey has a detailed knowledge of the market and communicates with a confident and user friendly manner. Highly recommended.”

“We received a very professional and complete service from JC. Sergio was able to source a suitable re-mortgage for us, despite our challenging personal circumstances and he and Katy kept us informed of the progress of our application at all times. “We have used John Charcol before following an initial chance meeting on a flight to Nice. The Firm is professional and effective and so I trust them. A good deal meeting our requirements was achieved and the John Charcol Staff tracked it all the way keeping us informed and facilitating the Mortgage in a very competent way. We recommend them.”

“I was recommed to John Charcol through a friend as my exsisting mortgage broker was unable to find a mortgage lender who would enable me to take on the mortgage in my name only. I had the pleasure to deal with Hailey Kow who within days found a mortgage lender suitable for me and within weeks and very little effort needed on my behalf I had completed on my new mortgage. I would recommed Hailey Kow to my friends looking for a mortgage as he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.”
