“Very impressive service from the first contact by phone to the subsequent seven visits from technicians, everyone was courteous knowledgeable and helpful and were always punctual. “For the first visit your operative only removed the part of the wasps nest visible in the loft. Taking only a short visit of 10 minutes. There was still a lot if wasps around so i had to call again. The rest of the nest was visible in the roof section and this time was dealt with properly.”

Thank you for leaving your review. The service we provide for wasps/hornets includes a 2nd visit at no additional cost. I am sorry we did not get this done effectively on visit 1 but I am glad to see/hear that we were able to do this after the 2nd visit.
I think two stars is a little harsh. But we appreciate your feedback.

The chap who came to do the work was efficient, friendly and did a brilliant job. He even called me about half an hour before hand to ensure it was a convenient time to come! The job was completed in the time slot allocated.”
