“Beware don't use JG Pest Control £204 for not even providing any service! Paid £204 for a service which was never carried out. The company are refusing to give me any refund or even follow their complaints procedure. Their complaints procedure states that if still unsatisfied your complaint will be passed on to their insurance company. They are simply refusing to do so.”

“Sorry for the delay in writing this review, but felt obliged to wait until I was sure we had seen the last of the ants! Having become used to the nuisance of them in our kitchen, it has been a pleasure not to have been "invaded" as we have in previous summers. We still experienced significant activity outside at the base of the kitchen wall and under the back doorstep, even after the first visit, which was the reason we asked for a follow up one. The second application must have had a greater effect on them as there was very little evidence of ants subsequently. Over the whole Spring/Summer I only saw maybe 4 or 5 inside our house, so you can imagine how pleased we are with your service. Your response was very prompt and the professionalism and courtesy of both technicians and support staff was beyond reproach. Thank you very much!”

“It took 2 visits to eliminate the wasps nest from our garden, but no complaints remain that. However, this is a very expensive service at over £130 for a 10 minute task twice. I have a second home in Wales and had a similar problem with Digger Wasps which was solved by a local company for a mere £45. Quite a discrepancy there.”

“I had a wasp nest in the garden. While they were quick to attend, they were expensive £120 inc VAT. It also took them three visits before the problem was dealt with. I wouldn't use again.”

“Very impressive service from the first contact by phone to the subsequent seven visits from technicians, everyone was courteous knowledgeable and helpful and were always punctual. We now, hopefully, have a glis glis free loft. The service, I felt, initially, was expensive, but we have definitely had our money’s worth and would definitely use the company again. Thank you.”

“The service was very good, efficient and extremely quick ( your operative was only at our house for 15-20 mins). I understand that you have fixed charges for your services and some jobs are harder than others, but on reflection I did think that this was, although efficient a bit expensive for the work carried out. However that is my issue and I did accept these charges prior to your staffs visit..”
