The service was very good, efficient and extremely quick ( your operative was only at our house for 15-20 mins).
I understand that you have fixed charges for your services and some jobs are harder than others, but on reflection I did think that this was, although efficient a bit expensive for the work carried out. However that is my issue and I did accept these charges prior to your staffs visit..
