It took 2 visits to eliminate the wasps nest from our garden, but no complaints remain that. However, this is a very expensive service at over £130 for a 10 minute task twice. I have a second home in Wales and had a similar problem with Digger Wasps which was solved by a local company for a mere £45. Quite a discrepancy there.
