“Great, prompt service. Very professional and polite. Even tool the stuff out the shed for me to get to the wasps nest. Dealt with really quickly and then put everything back in the shed for me. Would recommend their service.”
“A sub contractor was sent to do the job, he was incompetent, did not have the correct equipment and therefore would not do the work. He identified bees when they were in fact wasps. A different team was booked, and cancelled on the day of the appointment. Subsequently I was informed a new team could not come for another 2 weeks but when I rang to complain they booked someone for 2 days hence. This was cancelled the night before the appointment. I ended up looking for, and getting an independent professional contractor who dealt with the wasps within 3 days. JG Pest control did give me my money back.”
“easy to book , came at the appointed time , took the bees away which were in a bird box and was told they would be taken to the country side . A few bees lingered for a couple of weeks but then disappeared so no need for revisit . would use again .”
“Unfortunately we had 2 engineers attend to this job and neither would climb up a ladder to inspect the bees nest. We had to pay another company to attend and treat the nest”
