A sub contractor was sent to do the job, he was incompetent, did not have the correct equipment and therefore would not do the work. He identified bees when they were in fact wasps. A different team was booked, and cancelled on the day of the appointment. Subsequently I was informed a new team could not come for another 2 weeks but when I rang to complain they booked someone for 2 days hence. This was cancelled the night before the appointment. I ended up looking for, and getting an independent professional contractor who dealt with the wasps within 3 days. JG Pest control did give me my money back.
