“Although the operater who came to the house was very polite he had no intention of going into the loft to access the bees nest. Only whe i made a phone call to head office and he spoke to them did he infact locate the nest. This made the experience uncomfortable.”
“Speedy response, excellent service, clear, informative website and a very professional member of the team who came out and explained everything, made sure the queen had flown away and removed the wasps nest and disposed of it … all within 24hrs of my enquiry.”
“The bees didn’t disappear after the treatment, but under guarantee the company returned. The second person was more thorough and so far everything seems fine.”
“I was very pleased with JG pest control. I had 2 bees nest and a guy came out and dealt with them, and said if any bees still there in 7 days he would come back. One of the nests had cleared but not the other. True to his word one of his colleagues came back and removed the nest. Very impressed with the service and the ladies who i dealt with in customer services, polite and helpful.”
“I asked JG to attend my property as I had been informed by a neighbour that I had a bees nest in my hedge. The gentleman that arrived inspected the hedge telling me that there was not a nest but a variety of bees feeding on the tiny flowers within the hedge. I found this gentleman to be very pleasant and extremely informative educating me on the five different species of bee enjoying my hedge. I certainly wasn't aware that a white bee even existed! Needless to say that I was very pleased to have them all in my garden as they are in decline.
I would recommend this company and was pleased that they were so compassionate about the survival of the bee population. They were fairly prompt, after a late afternoon call they arrived the next morning.”
“Very professional and efficient in removing a tree bumble bee nest in an outside vent. The operative was at pains to try and save the nest but unfortunately owing to the location he had to reluctantly destroy it. Good communication from JG Pest control throughout.”
