The booking was made and the office enquired if scaffolding was available.
However, when the operative arrived his ladders were too short to reach the scaffolding, as were my domestic ladders.
JG Pest Control; were unable to "source" sufficiently long ladders si I was left to borrow some from a local builder. (for which I was given a discount).
The actual service was OK but the equipment made available was a bit lacking.”

He made no attempt to locate where the bees were gaining access into my house and he left unable to give me any useful advice on how I should deal with insects which to me are life-threatening.”

You asked us to deal with a wasp nest in the TN22 area on 17th September 2018. We came over and sprayed and killed off the wasp nest as per your order with us.
