“Good efficient service however somewhat expensive.Given price for removal/treatment of bees nest which I paid immediately. When billed on my bank statement price had had VAT added on which made quite a substantial amount of difference. The person taking the money should have said this would be added. I asked when paying the cost of that was a final price and I was told it was. However then discovered much more expensive due to VAT.
A little misleading I feel.”
