“Well after some challenges in that they wouldn't actually remove the wasps nest which was under the eaves in the attic room to them accidentally damaging the bedroom ceiling. JPG were very apologetic and paid to fix the ceiling without arguing, so I guess I would recommend them in the end because of their customer service skills.”

“Called JG out to treat moths in our holiday home. We weren’t able to be there so the technician let himself in and carried out the work. He left the property secure and tidy and the moth issue has been completely clear. Would definitely recommend. Kate in the office was extremely helpful and efficient. Tried to leave 5 stars but tabs didn’t work!”

“I dealt with Ryan Lynch at JG Pest Control who was very helpful. He organised a slot for pigeon netting to go up at very short notice at a time that was good for me. He was friendly, prompt and clear in answering all my questions and concerns. Great customer service! The netting has now gone up - again the guys who did it were helpful, professional and got the job done quickly.”

“Parents had a squirrel infestation in their roof, causing immense noise and we didn't know what to do initially after calling around different pest controllers who all had different and complicated advice, who didn't really own the situation posed to them. JG Pest Control simplified everything for us, calmed the situation down with the parents, explained the best way forward, did what they had to do and then went above and beyond with their aftercare. The initial work was carried out, when 3 aftercare visits passed the noise after each visit slowly ground to a halt and then they covered up the entry points to ensure no access for the squirrels in our loft in the future. Very good service, very happy customer!”

“Normally when I phone the person is friendly and helpful. However I felt the last time I called the lady was unsupportive and gave me the impression she thought I was trying to cheat! Your operatives are as usual very good”

“Over priced for only half a job. Paid over £100 for treatment of a wasp nest. It was sprayed and then when contacted them to remove the nest once dead they wanted another fee. Contacted another company who charged half the price for complete treatment. Would never recommend or use this company again. You think paying a higher rate gets a better job done, definitely not in this case. Cowboys in a professional outfit.”

“We needed some bees removing, at short notice while work was being done. The booking was made and the office enquired if scaffolding was available. However, when the operative arrived his ladders were too short to reach the scaffolding, as were my domestic ladders. JG Pest Control; were unable to "source" sufficiently long ladders si I was left to borrow some from a local builder. (for which I was given a discount). The actual service was OK but the equipment made available was a bit lacking.”

“The visit to my property was a waste of time and money. The operative who came was unable to do anything apart from identify what I thought may have been wasps as bees. He made no attempt to locate where the bees were gaining access into my house and he left unable to give me any useful advice on how I should deal with insects which to me are life-threatening.”
