DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The company will tell you they offer a premium service and give peace of mind with a 3 month guarantee. On the first visit bait was laid with no identification of pests and the poison was left in areas that had no activity or sightings. As you would expect that bait had not been touched. I was told they would return in three weeks. I was also informed they could not lift floor boards and I should arrange this myself if I expected them to lay bait in these areas. When I called to complain I was met with responses such as “where did you get your pest control degree?” And “Please address the small claims papers to our head office”. If anyone has had similar experiences I urge you to contact your credit card company and raise a complaint. They should not be able to get away operating their business in this manner and deserve to be named and shamed. A complete disgrace to their industry. SCAM ARTISTS Any response below asking me to reach out to resolve will be nothing more than PR stunt. I exhausted all options and was told I would have to take them to court. If they now try to advertise a caring response I am embarrassed for them.

Awful company! Promised to fill in the entry points as part of the service when we first contacted them. Each technician had a different idea about whether it was rats or squirrels in our loft and promised the next technician would fill in the entry points. After the three visits promised in the price, the entry points were still not filled in. At this point, it became impossible to get hold of anyone from the company (they won’t speak to you by phone and bookings are made through email links). No one from customer services got back to me, despite 5 emails from me. Eventually I received a response and they wanted to charge me more money to fill in the entry points, despite the previous technician saying it was a simple job. A possible additional cost was never mentioned or agreed in the initial sale. To top it all off, the squirrel has now returned since the traps were removed, so we paid £420 for nothing. Avoid this company!

Spent £100 for review and £300 for guaranteed fix of removing some rat-rats under the house. Basically they left some bait. I asked at the time why they did not close off rat runs and access to house. Not part of the guaranteed solution I bought. The problem got worse - over the next week activity increased and my tenants were freaking out. I asked if they could.come out again to review site. At first got no answer and then they refused. I have not heard from them in weeks. Spent £400 for no solution. Won't use them again.

Do not use- I called up to book in for a squirrel that was coming into my house. They quoted me £299 over the phone and could get someone out by the end of the day! Great I thought. A lovely man came and laid traps. He did tell me he asked for a bonus to come out after 7pm, which they agreed to apparently. Next day I realised they had taken £360 out of my account, when I questioned why it was more than I was quoted they said that was VAT. I told them to refund the £60, I was not informed about. My quote was £299 and I was not told that that was without VAT. A week later on the Friday the squirrels were still running around, I called the office to book in for Monday to get the traps moved and re baited. The man I spoke to booked me in for Monday morning. Great. ......Now over the weekend a dreadful smell in my sons room where a trap had been laid under the floorboard, but also still lots of noises from other squirrels. Monday morning no sign of the engineer, I call the office to find out I was not actually booked in!!! And there is no one in the area until Wednesday!! 1 of sick, 1 off on emergency leave another not in the area until Wednesday. Dreadful. They take your money with promises of same day appointments then they provide a shocking service once they have your cash! Do not use!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have no idea how this service received such good reviews online but my first hand experience was nothing short of horrendous. Also, after doing some referencing and due diligence after my experience, it was very clear to me that so many others had experienced the same. In fact, after they visited our mouse situation got much worse and when I reached out to another pest control company and explained the situation, they immediately guessed which company we had used. They charge double what other pest controls charges and did the bare minimum - left 3 piles of rat poison in random places around the kitchen and just made the situation worse. When we reached out and explained the situation multiple times, they did nothing to help. The new pest control came and completely resolved the situation after one visit. There are so many similar services out there. Please do not use this one.

There were lots of hidden costs. We went with them for their offer of guaranteed irradiation yet they had to keep coming back and the costs piled up. The customer service were a bit unfriendly. One person came around and said "we can't do anything because they are in the walls", but we were still changed for it.

No Effective at all. I have paid £180 for nothing. I have ordered the service to remove bumblebee which i have in the ceiling in the bestiom and ask to relocating them. The men came and said that they do not relocating bumble bee just honeybee . They decide to kill bumble bee as there were No choice. The men sprayed the nest and told me that they will be dead. After 8 days the activity of the bee were the same . The men came again sprayed and said that should be done. That doesnt resolve the problem because the bees are still there and I have the problem. Very disappointed.

Unless you want to receive a never-ending stream of marketing follow up emails, constant "How did we do" emails, all with no “unsubscribe” link, keep away from these people. If they were any good, they would apply some of their pest control skills to their own constant pestering.

Worst service ever!! We hired them to kill the bedbugs. Even from day one i there was no reduction in bedbugs after treatment. We had to contact them multiple time to arrange for a revist but they did not do anything until the one month time period. and even after waiting for a month they have cancelled the appointment. Such a worst service. The operater told us he did the treatement within 10 min with a mini backpack. We were asked to stand outside but there was no trace of chemicals. Its a Total scam.

Charged me £150 and the technian provided no help. He was in and out within 10 mins. They now want me to pay another 150 for a second visit, I wish I had read the hundreds of bad reviews across Yelp, Trustpilot etc. PLEASE AVOID!

JG gave me a rate for the first visit payable in advance and once on site asked me for additional funds even though they couldn’t guarantee success, once their guy told them the intruder was a squirrel. However that was not the case as there are differences between rat and squirrel droppings both in size and way of discharge as I learned once I searched the internet. As it happens the rat was successfully caught due to the snow fall in early December which forced it to take the peanut butter on the trap. Not impressed although they bombarded me with numerous emails about their services.

I had the treatment that was not guaranteed (I get that) When I called up to discuss the disclaimer in the email as it wasn’t clear and did say that if in the first 30 days there was an issue they would come back out … I was met with rude team members explaining the reasons it didn’t work was because of a list of things I was not advised at the time that would help prevent the bugs or help the extermination! Anyway they did nothing at all! Just make sure you hehe why they advise in writing I would say
