“Man came whilst & did the job from outside whilst I was out although I thought he was going to treat them from inside. We had agreed a time after lunch because I was working & he came in the morning. He didn't even need steps & charged much more than council prices. Not impressed. Check your local council prices for wasp removal first.”

“Paid over the odds because they were going to remove bees intact. First day didn't turn. Second day guy turned up. Had only beekeepers hat no other protective clothing. Said he would have to exterminate the bees, which he did. This company gives the impression they are local but they are not.”

“Told wasp nest needed 2 men due to its position but after waiting several days only 1 man turned up. Amount charged was exorbitant”

“Adam was fantastic in his level of service and got my issue resolved in a very efficient manner. He knew all the ins and outs and answered all my questions to great depth. Any concerns I had were put to rest. Would definitely use JG again, however they tend to be very busy so getting through some times can be a pain.”

“Very prompt service even had an option of a weekend appointment. Guy who came seemed to know his stuff, took time to analyse and then try and sort bee problem. In view of the difficult access he could not get to it but since it was a bumble been nest we decided to leave well alone. Would use company again even though a bit expensive.”
