“We received the sample wall paper in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the sample wall paper was stained from the pink tissue paper that wrapped around the wall paper.”

“I had a horrendous problem with some extremely expensive Morris paper from Sanderson which kept tearing and falling apart. My decorator, with 30 years experience, who used the expensive ready mixed recommended paste, had never come across this problem before. Rosie was extremely helpful, but Sanderson denied there was any fault. I will never buy Sanderson paper again.”

“The colour of the fabric I ordered was very different from what arrived and they refused to pay for return postage. Bad customer service. Won’t be using them again.”
