“The quality of the fabric is fabulous. There was a production delay and I was kept fully informed throughout. I also queried another fabric I had seen in an advert. The staff were so helpful and managed to track it down for me.”

“A pleasure to deal with this company. The two members of staff I spoke to on the phone regarding my order were both knowledgable, courteous and responsive. It shows they have been well trained IMO and are motivated - vital factors which are sadly lacking in many UK organisations. My purchase was delivered within 2 working days from receipt of order with full tracking details provided. We would certainly purchase from them again. Great job and highly recommended.”

“Outstanding service, would 100% use again. I needed a wallpaper urgently and was advised honestly that this would take 5-7 working days. It arrived within 3 days, just in time for my decorating which had been moved at the last minute. Delighted, great company.”

“Terrible customer service and are unable to tell me why I keep being promised a delivery that never comes. They just give stock answers every time and have still not resolved the problem, still no curtains. Go elsewhere! I wish I'd researched them better before I ordered”

“I am very pleased with the quality of the curtains and blinds I recently received from Jane Clayton. The measurements were perfect and all items labelled. although they were delayed due to difficulties in the fabric being sourced, they were well worth the wait. I was kept updated on the situation. many thanks to all at Jane Clayton.”
