“Great service although the wallpaper by Arte could be better designed. The two rolls started in different positions a d there’s no markings on the rear for repeat. Do wallpaper manufacturers ever hang wallpaper themselves?”

“Slightly frustrated, ordered some wallpaper 10 days ago had an email to say it was on its way with tracking number.when I came to track it I could not track the items as not recognised, so after two days I rang the company to be told it was stuck on the border of France .to ring back this week .I rang again today to be told the wallpaper was still stuck in Frances and may be here next week .It would of been nice if the company had taken the time to inform me of this when they knew it had been delayed, without me having to ring .I’m not left wondering when I will receive this delivery .”

“Not a great service, ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper at start of January. Hadn't arrived after the 14days arrival date. Rang to be told it was stuck in customs and should be with me shortly . I'm still waiting!! and the company still can't get me a date for delivery after another phone call and emails. Think the company should of checked about delivery before letting my order complete. Had to rearrange yet another date for my decorator.”

“I had an issue with my order (completely my fault) however it was dealt with immediately, the sales assistant was fantastic and resolved my issue. I was able to order a replacement and to my shock the items were actually shipped the same day and I received them the following day...wow! Considering the current climate that is fantastic customer service. An absolute delight to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending this company!”

“Fabulous selection of fabrics so I found exactly what I wanted. Communication was a little patchy but they were always helpful and responsive. Curtains and blinds are beautiful and perfect. I would show a photo but the link doesn't work.”
