“Delivery times impacted by Covid may frustrate some but, communication was clear. When the paper arrived (c. 2 weeks from order) it was an absolute dream to hang. Looks great.”

“My samples were lost but this was dealt with very quickly and my purchase was straightforward- I’m very happy with the material. However I find it difficult on the website to go back to where you were without trawling through everything again.”

“From placing order to delivery the process was conducted very positively. Received order two days after it was placed and it arrived well protected by the packaging used. “I’m amazed that so many people are saying delivery was quick I ordered wallpaper 9 days ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve emailed, left voicemails, filed an enquiry form and tried to make contact over Instagram. I have had no response and to information to why it hasn’t been dispatched despite it saying delivery in 3-4 days. Please do not promise things you can’t deliver like delivery and response times to voicemails and emails. I want the wallpaper for a nursery for a baby who is due very soon.”

“I found your staff knowledgable friendly and helpful and I would probably use you again. However my carpet took 6 weeks to arrive which I presume was all to do with the brexit withdrawal shenanigans and whilst I acknowledge this was probably not your fault and I probably got a bit snotty on the phone I would very much have appreciated if you could have been a bit more proactive on keeping me fully aware of the situation. However the carpet finally arrived a day earlier than you had advised in your last email and I am delighted with it!”
