“Beautiful curtain, good, polite initial service but had to wait a very long time for manufacture without any information after payment, had to chase the service dept for an update. I went to Jane Clayton for exceptional service in difficult times.. left a bit lacking.”

“Delivery was late - I had to chase - and came folded rather than on a roll so will needs lots of ironing. I would not buy direct again.”

“I am delighted with the wallpaper I ordered and it’s so beautiful on my hall wall. Price per roll quite competitive for its quality . Customer service was fantastic. “I bought the Amazilia Harlequin in gooseberry. Very speedy delivery and had some money off in the sale so I was happy from the start. It's paste the wall wallpaper so my decorator was happy too and it was good to hang and pattern match. It looks fantastic!! I'd bought one roll too many and have just rung to arrange return. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and lovely. The return was straight forward. Never used this company before but will happily recommend.”
