“Hi folks - very happy with the speedy service and the wallpaper is fab. It was a bit tricky collecting my parcel from the UPS depot as the first name on the address label was not mine - I'm guessing Sandberg uses one of your names as their main reference and that name was the first name on the address label. Plus the address had London and then AVON on it. Fortunately I could see the address label on the package and could spot that my actual name WAS on the label but there was a tricky moment! Thanks.”

“Your product is great and good quality. Your customer service is very helpful and polite . The only thing that you need to be considered is your delivery partner. I’m not recommended your delivery partner service at all as they don’t have slot time and they took 3 attempted even though someone inside the building without contacting us and not follow the instructions that we have leave in the comment box when u place the order.”

“Fair price for my roman blind. Delivered well-packed with required fittings but fixing baton had holes i the wrong place - still it gave my husband an opportunity to demonstrate his DIY skills.”

“Products came quickly and efficiently and were as described. The postage was expensive and as i was near the 100 pound mark it was actually cheaper for me to buy another small item and get free postage than pay the postage fee which didn't really make sense but the scissors will come in handy!”

“Fast delivery. Thank you. Would love you to be able to ship abroad. Had to send this to my MIL will collect st Christmas. Fortunately the delay means it will have magically become curtains!”

“Easy online ordering process. Very efficient and fast delivery. Only downside is that I can't return any unused rolls. I know this is explained on the website but maybe could be made more clear on the ordering page.”

“My curtains are amazing, and beautifully made at a reasonable price. I would recommend your service to all. Just one little niggle. Those little hooks for hanging pinch pleats are so difficult to insert. My other curtains came with adjustable plastic ladder hooks. I know more expensive but given a choice would prefer the plastic ladders.”
