“Great live chat service which answered my questions quickly & enabled me to place the order with confidence. Delivery experience slightly let down by lack of notification of product not being in stock & had to chase order to establish this. Products itself met expectations. Overall a good service.”

“Very impressed with the timing and delivery of the wallpaper. Just one dissapointing issue I would like to have returned one unused roll of wallpaper it is/was unopenned and ordered just to be sure we had enough, however they do not accept returns of part orders.”

“Jane Clayton provided a great service highly recommend fast delivery, however the delivery company used by them UPS were totally useless, very disappointed and will be complaining directly to the company about the service.”

“Lovely material delivered on a cardboard roll ( unecessary, could have been folded) delivered by UPD . I was not in they did not redeliver but left it at a not so local shop. Expecting a parcel not a roll, not easy to carry through the town !”
