“Whereas this is no fault of yours, the fabric was so different in person versus the way it looked online. I had ordered a sample of the main pattern (large floral design) and assumed the coordinates would go well as they are part of the same collection. I even inquired about this. However the greens didn’t coordinate and the checked fabric online looked like it had some peach in it to match the floral but it turned out to be completely different. I know I took a chance not ordering samples for all three fabrics I purchased instead of just the one but unfortunately now I have to accept I spent a lot of money, can’t return it and can’t use it. Lesson learned for sure. Additionally I want to add that it was very inconvenient to have to be home to sign for the delivery. I missed the delivery twice as I wasn’t home and was so fearful of missing the 3rd attempt as I was warned it would be returned to the seller.”

“Really pleased with the finished blind but Customer Service doesn't align with cost of products. After 6 weeks of waiting I had to chase the order to be told it was being dispatched that week. It never arrived so I chased again and apparently delays were in dispatch, but JC didn't think to inform me. Then eventually delivery day came, waited in to the refresh the tracking to see that they attempted delivery - they did not and left it with a neighbour who's house didn't exist. After walking the road he found it strewn across a neighbours drive lying in the great British weather!”
