“Looking at rugs and was so impressed that I could order a decent size sample to make sure texture and colours were right. The samples were received really quick the next day with a small postage cost. Then these were returned in the prepaid bag supplied and the cost of the samples was refunded quickly. An excellent and very helpful service.”
