“Delighted with the gorgeous curtains - beautifully finished. The online guidance and in particular the advice I received over the phone before ordering was very helpful. Delivery was on time which was appreciated, but the courier only gave notice of the delivery slot on the day, half an hour before the four hour delivery slot it was due to expire. Notice the day before delivery would have been helpful. Fortunately we were in.”

Upon ordering it said shipping between 5-10 days, this was not met however, they did email me within this timeframe and updated me that the parcel would be delayed and why. Parcel arrived 15 working days after order and was well wrapped - rolled not folded, which is essential with velvet. Overall a fantastic buying experience.”
